A healthy and balanced weight loss diet is a very important and good way to get in the healthy lifestyle, normally we follow simple Food Guide Pyramids for healthy diet plan, but we don’t know if we are eating the right of food on right time or not, if you really want to get in the healthy life style then you need to eat right amount of right food on the right time and then you will get right results.

The key to a healthy and balanced weight loss diet is avoiding all unhealthy food and add all the fresh and healthy food and drink lots of water, but in full details you will add these things in your food for balanced diet food.

Carbohydrates: - Carbohydrates enhance the ability of the body to produce energy, normally we don’t follow Carbohydrates as a good food, but actually we take short cut for healthy food when we say that cause it is really very difficult to find out the good amount of carbohydrate so we quit it completely which is wrong, you can get a healthy amount of carbs in cereals, potatoes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, and some whole grain products, you should add 8 servings of carbs during a week and I bet you will get the right amount of carbs.

Protein: -Protein helps the tissues of the body to grow and repair themselves and it is very essential to get the healthy lifestyle, the Amino acids that we get from portions are essential for the building of muscles, eat in moderation though, you can eat protein rich food items such as meat, eggs, fish, healthy dairy products including yogurt, milk and other chesses to get the healthy amount of protein.

Fats And Sugars are bad, I am not saying that you can eat sugar once in a while, I am saying that never eat processed sugar, you can eat sugar that you can get from fruits and fresh nuts, but other than that you are not allowed to eat any kind of sugar, table sugar or any kind of sweetener that is available in the market for you, they are really bad for you, but you can consume good fats they are really good for you and essential too and you can get them form nuts and natural resources.
