Say Not to Liquidate calories, if you think that diet soda and healthy drinks are actually healthy then you are wrong, never ever add any kind of calorie in your drink, you drink cause you are thirsty so drink water, don’t confuse your thirst with entertainment, drink lots of water and never try to get some fun with that, healthy is not some fun it is necessities of life.
Look at your food and look at your spoon when you are taking it in your mouth and that will make your metabolism faster, cause when you look at your food you make your brain to start ordering your body to start work cause food is on the way and it is going to be in stomach really soon and it kick start your metabolism and your system and it also help you feel fuller too.
Always start your meals with a small bowl of soup, I am not saying that if you are eating 6 times a day then eat 6 cups of soup I am saying that you should eat soup before meals and you just eat three meals and three snakes so don’t confuse things, you should know that you are eating that to reduce your appetite so eat something healthy and light.
Eat something as soon as you get up, if you are getting ready to go for walk and you think that there is nothing that you can eat before walk then eat an apple and take a small cup of milk and you are ready to go, kick start your metabolism before your day.
Your last meal should to be before 8 and you are not allow toe at anything at all after that, even a fruit or salad and make this a routine and follow that for rest of your life and no matter what you are not allow to eat after that, nothing at all, but if you are starving then drink one glass of chilled ice water and go to sleep.
Don’t drink hard and soft drinks they are not good for you, you can drink water, juices and some healthy smoothies, try green and peppermint tea and that will help you lose weight.
