First of all, you need to see what was the diet plan that make your weight lose possible and you need to stick with that for 28 days of one months, I cannot say that you are allow to eat rubbish every Sunday, you are not, but you can eat rubbish three days a month.

I bet you did not lose weight with sugar or fat, so try to stick with that, don’t eat sugar and don’t eat fat, they are bad for you, but you can try good fats and they are good and essentials for you.

Drink lots of water and drink lots of healthy fresh juices, if you used green tea or any other tea during your weight lose then keep it in your day to day life.

If you were spending 6 hours a week in gym then now you can cut back with 4 hours a week, but you are not allow to stop or quit your morning walk and you are not allow to quit your evening walk, you got to do that regularly no matter how slim you are, just stay on track for the rest of your life and you will be the same forever and if you follow that rules you will never get big again and you will never go on diet again.
