Phase 2: - This is up to you because it will be followed until your reach your target weight and during that time you are allowed to eat most fruit and vegetables and some whole grains, but no more than three times a week and you should lose approximately 1 – 2lbs per week and when you reduce the ideal weight then you enter in the phase 3.
